Kings Canyon

2.5 tomatoes. So glad these toilets were here! No mirrors though. Just outside the block is a drinking water tap - a good place to fill up our nerd bags (hydration backpacks). The walk took almost 3 hours and was 6km. The first 20min was up rocky steps to the top of Kings Canyon. Amazing views! The rest of the walk was around the top of the walls of the canyon. Quite spectacular landscapes up there. It was strange to see mature trees growing on top of rocks! There were water holes, the 'garden of Eden' and rocks that looked like a moonscape. I thought Kings Canyon was more beautiful than the iconic Uluru. A must see!
