Barrow Creek

1.5 tomatoes. This place is near where Peter Falconio is presumed to have been murdered and also forms the basis of the plot for the film 'Wolf Creek'. We were in and out of here quick smart. The place did actually have a creepy feel and there were odd people just sitting around staring into space. We had to pay for petrol at the bar, which was covered in tourist grafitti and paper money was lining the walls. Also, a cat was walking on the bar. The toilet keys were attached to gigantic plastic spoons and forks. The loos earnt points for an attempt at decoration (fake flowers) and sympathy points for the location's bad reputation. NB: We did not stop here on the return journey!!!
