There were two public toilet blocks in Montville up in the Glasshouse Mountains of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in Queensland. Both were very similar. I would give them 3 tomatoes only because they didn't have soap or anything to dry your hands. I've posted a photo of the toilet rolls because it seems to be very common in Queensland to have six rolls out and covered in plastic. I've seen it in many places including the airport.
